Ingredients for Avocado, Egg, and Smoked Salmon 'Toasts'
1 medium sweet potato, sliced into 3 long 1/2 inch "planks"
1 teeny tiny avocado (yes, they are a 'thing') https://www.
1 3 ounces wild caught skinless, boneless smoked salmon
1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
1 teaspoons olive oil
salt and freshly cracked black pepper
