As they say, Thanksgiving is all about side dishes. If you require inspiration to get those turkey day juices flowing, consider a side only folks here in the South would invent: a Creamy Sweet Potato and Muenster Gratin. Southern Potato Salad is very traditional, and mine is sweetly jazzed with sweet and dill relishes and hard-boiled eggs. And no Thanksgiving Day meal is complete without a creamy squash casserole!
