Happy New Year and Hello 2020!
A Message from Me to YOU...
As we have officially turned the clocks unto a new decade, I wanted to deliver to each of you my friendship, gratitude, and a New Year’s Blessing! It has been a busy year of learning, meeting new friends, growing, and certainly many, many changes. Just about a year ago you see, I worked my last day for a company I’d enjoyed working at for over ten years. It was not an easy departure, especially given my embarking on a career in a new field entirely.
Insert Not Entirely Average here
A pipe dream at best, and only a hobby really, I was not expecting Not Entirely Average to grow as fast as it did. I sold my home to both bankroll the blog and to lighten my mental load. None of these changes were easy, and all came with both smiles and tears at the same time. But I took the gamble and it paid off. There are still bruises and I believe the learning curve continues to get the better of me, but I am the happiest I have ever been and living my best life. I truly appreciate you spending a few moments with me here on Not Entirely Average each week.
Some Needed Downtime
The coming week will be a little quiet on Not Entirely Average, as my family and I have just returned from a festive trip to Walt Disney World in Florida. I have several loads of laundry to do, and the arduous task of taking down and putting away what was a splendid Christmas. I will be developing recipes in between chores and writing up my experience at Disney for so many of you who have asked. In the meantime, I wish each of you who have supported me and supported Not Entirely Average a joyful and Happy New Year!
