Ingredients

– unsalted butter – all-purpose flour – dark brown sugar – walnuts – bananas

Mix together the flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter in a small bowl until crumbly.

In the first large bowl, stir melted butter and sugar together mixing well. Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat until well combined.

Add the mashed bananas, sour cream, and chopped walnuts to the bowl, and mix until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour.

Cool loaf in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack on your kitchen counter to cool completely.
