Chocolate Ganache And Raspberry Tart

This stunner of a tart showcases the raspberry like no other, seductively mingling with soft chocolate ganache that has been heightened with a trifling glint of almond.

Ganache is a French term referring to a filling or glaze, notably rich, and prepared by heating cream, then pouring it over chopped chocolate of any kind.
