Church Street Cheesecake Squares

Church Street Cheesecake Squares are rich, subtly sweet, and very EASY to bake up.

They are cut into squares while warm, then chilled until ready to be served.

Graham crackers, butter, and pecans make up the base of this delicious dessert.

Use the flat bottom of a measuring cup to even out and compress the graham cracker crust.

Beat the cheese, the eggs, sugar, and flavorings until very, very smooth.

The cheese mixture is poured over the graham cracker crust...

...and a cup of reserved graham cracker mix is sprinkled over the top.

The cheesecake bakes for just under an hour and is then removed from the oven to cool slightly.

After a 5 to 10 minute cool down, cut the squares but leave them in the pan. Now cool for at least 1 hour.

Enjoy with a hot cup of tea or a cold glass of milk...
