Creamy Butternut Mac And Cheese Soup

Elbow macaroni Butter All purpose flour Dijon mustard Chicken broth Butternut squash Half and half Cream cheese Cheddar cheese Cornstarch

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add flour and mustard and whisk for 2 minutes.

Add squash and return to a boil.

Stir in half-and-half and bring to a simmer.

Cut cream cheese into cubes and add, whisking constantly until it is melted.
