Ingredients For Making This Easy and Creamy Asparagus Soup for Easter 

Prepare the Asparagus


Use two pounds of fresh asparagus with thin, crispy stalks. Line them up and trim the base where they turn from white to green.



Add the cup of reserved asparagus tips and sauté, Continue stirring them to promote browning but make sure to avoid burning.

Cook the Other Ingredients


Cook the leeks stirring occasionally until they turn lightly golden and soften. Add peeled and cubed Yukon Gold potatoes and minced garlic cloves.
