What You'll Need

water unflavored gelatin heavy cream lemons granulated sugar lemon curd pinch of salt fresh strawberries strawberry jam rose water

bloom the gelatin with both cold and hot water 

Heat cream, lemon juice, sugar, lemon curd, and salt whisking until lemon curd dissolves...

...then add the gelatin. Stir! Pour into dessert glasses and chill until the liquid sets into a solid!

Mash some strawberries and together with sugar, rosewater, and some strawberry jam, heat until thickened...

Chill

unmold the blancmange atop a pool of the strawberry sauce...
