Enjoy fresh berries and berry-infused cream on a light crispy meringue with a soft center. Once you try this pavlova you'll be hooked!

Ingredients For Making This Springtime Berries Pavlova

Preheat Your Oven


Before starting, preheat your oven and gather all your ingredients.

Make A Meringue


With an electric mixer, whip egg whites until they form stiff peaks after adding water and sugar.

Bake The Meringue


Bake the pavlova in the preheated oven until dried and matte. Then, reduce heat and bake again.

For The Jam And Cream


While the pavlova bakes, simmer berries, sugar and lemon juice until thickened to make the jam. Set aside.



Transfer the baked meringue to a serving platter. Fill the pavlova with the berry cream and drizzle with remaining jam.
