With Summer upon us, it’s time we enjoyed some light and refreshing desserts to cool us off during the heat. They are wonderfully easy to make, with easy-to-find ingredients, and much more delicious than any shop-bought desserts. Summer fruits make these desserts not only more flavorful, but also colorful and cheerful, so everybody gets to enjoy them. Why not bring them to a potluck or family gathering? They will go down a treat! From some beautifully presented Mango Mousse and Strawberry Pretzel Pie to a comforting Summer Fruit Crumble, or a good old Cherry Clafoutis, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Not to mention the scrumptious Mango Crumble and Air Fryer Peaches, which is are some of my favorite desserts to enjoy at this time of the year.
