As a food blogger, I spend a lot of time developing my own recipes, but a few from other bloggers have become staples in our home. My family now frequently asks for Almond Croissant Baked Oats and Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, which feels like it’s always in our fridge. I also make the Blueberry Waffles and Smothered Chicken Thighs and Gravy so often they’ve earned a spot in our regular rotation. Even though I haven’t met all the creators personally, their recipes have become fixtures at our table—proving just how incredible they are!

I’m starting my list with Lauren from down under. In addition to being an Australian Representative athlete, she’s also an incredible food blogger. I bake her Almond Croissant Baked Oats on Fridays, slice it into squares, and wrap them individually for a weekend treat. It’s the perfect way to bring that cozy café vibe straight to my kitchen!

If I ever meet Becky, I’ll thank her personally for her Creamy 40 Clove Garlic Chicken and Potatoes. I make it so often now that I practically have it memorized. Packed with flavor from fresh herbs and Cognac, the creamy sauce that coats the chicken and potatoes is nothing short of outstanding. Skipping this is missing out!

Where do I even begin with Erren? She’s giving of herself, funny as heck, a true cheerleader, and an incredibly talented food blogger—and she’s also my friend. Her Smothered Chicken Thighs and Gravy, made on the stovetop or in a slow cooker, features tender chicken in a rich, flavorful gravy. Since I love comforting, home-cooked meals, this recipe has become one of my top three go-tos!

This is me! My Southern Cream Cheese Pound Cake is my favorite recipe I make as a food blogger! I surprised myself with how remarkable it turned out, especially since baking isn’t my strongest attribute. With just two steps, this recipe delivers an old-fashioned pound cake that’s every bit as good as one from a seasoned southern baker!

Marly and I recently became personal friends, and while I’m not vegan, I find myself making more and more of her recipes. Her Vegan Blueberry Waffles are a favorite, with a crisp, buttery exterior and a fluffy center packed with juicy berries. The simple batter makes it easy to whip up a batch that always earns applause from my whole crew.

Bella’s food is in a word, beautiful. It’s also incredibly and wildly delicious! I fell in love with her Iceberg Wedge Salad based on her homemade Bleu Cheese Dressing. Quick, incredibly simple, and bursting with the perfect flavor combination.

Elizabeth isn’t just an esteemed food blogger; she’s also the Founder and Executive Director of Preserve International, a nonprofit tackling hunger and seasonal poverty in Uganda. I first connected with her by making her Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta—a creamy, easy-to-make dessert. Since then, I’ve tried countless more of her amazing recipes!

Paula was among my first food blogger friends. I guess you could say I love her because I love her food! It’s real, it’s down to earth…like Paula is. Her Chicken Fried Steak Patty Melt is an old-fashioned recipe for crisp-on-the-outside tender cube steak used instead of hamburger in a traditional patty melt. I cook it just for myself and I cook it for friends, it’s just that versatile.

I’ve never met Meggan, but I feature her recipes a whole lot because they’re just that good. Recently, I followed her lead and transformed a favorite salad into delicious Caprese Sandwiches for a steeplechase tailgate event. Warm, toasty buns were piled high with mozzarella, tomatoes, and a flavorful basil sauce. And if you are wondering, fifty halved sandwiches disappeared in under an hour at the races!
